Disney has an app called My Disney Experience. I have not used it in the parks yet, I am going next week, but it has maps and is supposed to have fastpass times and wait times. A lot of the information is GPS based (where you are in the parks). You can also make dining reservations from the app. I have an iPhone, so I don't know if it works for other types.
I used my Disney experience app at the parks in Sept. and honestly it didn't seem to ever be accurate. Example: We were at HS and wanted to do Toy Story mania. As we were walking towards the ride, the app said it was a 90 min wait. As we got closer there was no line outside at all,and there's no way it could have been that long.Their sign said it was 60 min.We went in,and ironically I was handed a red "time" badge. We went thru the line in no time, and it was about 20 min.till we were loaded in the ride. Of course it was a blast.
I used it one other time, and it didn't seem to help all that much. The best info still seems to be the "boards" when you enter the park.

We used MobileMagic during our last visit and it was helpful and wait times seemed accurate. My Disney Experience was still buggy at the time, so I didn't use it much. It seems that the Disney Experience is going to be their main app, tho, so I hope it is fixed.
