Been there, done that! It's a mixed bag of emotions, I know. Above all, try to have fun with it. You've already come further than most people have just in your training alone. Once you get there and see all the variety in shapes and sizes if the women around you, I have no doubt in my mind you will be confident in finishing it!! Relax and enjoy it as much as you can.

Youre going to do great!! You totally got this! I was nervous for W&D and then when I was in my corral waiting to start, I was ok, I was ready! Just take it one mile at a time and most of all enjoy yourself!! You have a special 5 yr medal waiting for you at the end!

Waivers should be online soon. Usually about 2-3 weeks prior. Keep checking the website. And then print it from home! They'll have computers set up at the expo as well, should you lose it or something.

This really is a great race! Be prepared for lots of walkers. We trained to run the entire thing but it was difficult due to the crowd level. It is a FUN time!! By the way, you can get moved up a few corrals when you get there if you are worried about the time. I was in Corral D and it still took a while because I wanted LOTS of pictures! Have fun!!!
