Okay so I am getting a tattoo and was wondering what I should incorporate into it. I was originally thinking about having Eeyore with his foot laying on a pentacle but some people told me that might be insulting to some people who are Pagan/Wiccan. I was also thinking of getting Eeyore's name above him like in pink or purple. Should I do that? Which color do you think would look better? I am also thinking of getting a rainbow with Eeyore. Would that make me look homosexual? What do you think about that idea?
P.S. Eeyore will be dark blue with light blue stomach. The insides of his ears will be purple (not sure if light or dark). His tail will be dark blue of course with the pink bow on it.

I want to be an individual and if I get something someone else has I won't be.
But by that logic, you can't get an Eeyore tattoo. Lots of people have them.
To personalize it, think about what makes you happy and maybe incorporate that into your tattoo.
My mother has a Mickey tattoo she designed. It's a Hoosier Mickey! Mickey head outline, and our state flag (Indiana) fading from the outline to inside. As much as her getting it horrified me, it's actually pretty cool.
I assume you know all the regular tattoo stuff- don't get one on impulse, decide on an idea and carry it around in your head for awhile to make sure you stay happy with it, etc. I have Hades (Disney's version) tattooed on my shoulder blade (he's always got my back! ha!) and when I first decided I wanted him there, I was in your position-- I knew I wanted him, but not exactly *how*. I waited until I saw the right artwork of him, and BAM! I knew that was it.
Now I want to get a Stitch tattoo, so I planned out an arm band of hibiscus flowers (which I love) with Stitch at the center and two Tiki Stitches further out on the band. I couldn't decide on a color pattern for the flowers, though, so I printed out my top four designs and took them to Disney World. I asked Stitch to pick out the one I should get!
Obviously in the end you will choose what means the most to you; this is just how I went about getting mine. I applaud your desire to express your individuality, but as Teresa pointed out, other people have Eeyore tattoos. But nobody will have *your* Eeyore tattoo if you wait for the right design to come your way.
Best moment at a Disney park: when Stitch proposed to me!
I agree with Coreada. Our advice won't matter much - it's what matters to you.
I'd also suggest asking the tattoo artist their opinion as they're the experts and can tell you if what you want is doable.
