I haven't tried it. However, I've heard really good things about it. I recommended it to a friend who went in January and she said it was the best meal of the trip. We will have stayed there twice and still not tried it, but I really want to. Who knows, we may squeeze it in at some point.
We ate there just last month. Very nice restaurant and our waitress was great. My mom had the Pasta with Shrimp; my dad ordered the Grilled Pork Chop and I got the Slow-roasted Prime Rib. Then for dessert we all shared the chocolate cake and the New Orleans Bread Pudding. We had also split the Bourbon Barbecue Shrimp and the waitress brought us two more of the grit cakes so that we could each have on. The only complaint we had, and it really wasn't a complaint really, is that my mom didn't care for the taste of the goat cheese that was in her meal. Otherwise the food was great, served promptly and piping hot. This is going to be a must do restaurant again.
I ate there several years back. I don't remember what we ate, but I do remember it being very good. I also remember just walking into the restaurant, no ADR. It was early December & not crowded.
