Is Epcot busy past 10:30pm [on Extra Magic Hours nights?]

Is Epcot busy during EMH, past 10:30pm, because I am planning a trip in December with three park days, possibly one day with Animal Kingdom in the morning, Hollywood Studios in the afternoon till after Fantasmic, then head to Epcot for EMH on the 20th of December 20th, then heading to Epcot for a full day the next day and Magic Kingdom the next, what do ya'll think?
I hope we don't lose sight of one thing- that is it was all started by a mouse- Walt Disney

not when we were there! We've only been at Epcot late (past 11:00 PM) a couple of times during our December trips, but I don't recall it being crowded at all. Enjoy!

You might consider MK early in your visit as the crowds will start growing immensely as Christmas approaches.

Not everything is open for evening EMH at EPCOT. Some nights only some attractions in Future World are open. On those nights, you can walk around World Showcase, but nothing is open-even the shops. We also found that Soaring and Test Track had longer wait times than during the day. If you just want to soak up the atmosphere, it's great.
