What are the best days of the week to do what park??

I am trying to finalize our trip to WDW in just two weeks. I am trying to find out if there are better days then others to hit the certain parks? We are planning on the following parks:

Blizzard Beach
MGM
Animal Kingdom
Magic Kingdom
Epcot

We will be arriving Sunday morning so we are looking for soemthing to do Sunday afternoon/evening and then will be there the whole week leaving on the following Sunday which is Presidents Day Weekend.

Any help would be appreciated!! We got the 7 day Magic Your Way, Park Hopper Option. We are also staying off site so we can not take advantage of the EMH

I think you can find your answer here:

We arrive on a Sunday mid-day for our February and are planning to head for Disney Studios so we can see the parade, Beauty & the Beast and Fantasmic. This park closes early so we figured it was the best place for us to start since we will probably be tired from getting up so early. During our October trip we went to Downtown Disney the evening we arrived.

AK - not Mondays
MK - Tues thru Fri were always good for me!
Epcot - almost any day...it's so large, it handles the crowds nicely!

Hope this helps!

Avoid MK on Saturday at all costs! I think that everybody in Orlando brings their kids to WDW/MK on that day. It gets unbelievably crowded...it took us 30 minutes to get from the entrance to Haunted Mansion and this should normally take no more than 10 minutes, if you lollygag a bit. I kid you not, it was wall-to-wall people!
