Post Which KSC bus tour...?

I've read the posting on KSC and was wondering which Bus Tour everyone is referring to... Does it include the admission price too? Some said to take the tour instead of driving... does it include pick-up @ your WDW hotel? Any info would be much appreiciated!

There is a standard bus tour that is included with your admission. No, it does not go from WDW resorts, it's internal to the KSC complex. It goes to the International Space Station, the LC39 Observation Gantry, and the Apollo/Saturn V center.

There are also 2 additional tours (NASA Up Close and KSC Now and Then) which cost extra admission. If you plan on doing the special tours, I'd recommend arriving to the center early, as they tend to sell out. I've heard the KSC Now and Then is the better of the two.

We have only taken the NASA up Close Tour, but we have done it the past two years that we have visited.(2005 & 2006) Yes, we liked it that much! This past Dec we got to see Discovery on the launch pad. It was not much of Discovery, because of security, but it was still AWESOME!!! We loved it!!! We will try the KSC Now and Then next time we go. Yes, the tour cost extra. We purchased our tickets online and didn't have to wait in line with all the other people.

BTW, there is a new shuttle ride/ attraction that I think is supposed to open this Spring. Check it out if it's open when you are there. It was all boarded up so we couldn't sneek a peek.

The "regular" bus tour is really great and gets you m uch closer to things than you could drive to in your own car. I have done the various different bus tours and I would just reccomend the "regualr" trip- you'll have a ball.

I did the regular bus tour this summer. I thought it was really neat, we got to see a lot and it was very educational!!
