| Frustrated w/ Launch Ticket process I planned to take my husband to KSC for the Launch in Feb 09 Signing up getting the e mail as to when tickets would go on sale. I was online when the tickets went on sale. Had my 2 tickets in the cart. Spent less than a min to fill out the form (tickets in a cart) hit the complete sale button. only to have it come back SOLD OUT! the tickets were in my cart. Sold out in less than 2 min? This should be a record breaker and should make the news.  The tickets were in my cart..... I took less than a min. to fill things out.  I am so frustrated and mad..... as well as having to let my husband know he will not be able to view the launch at the space center.... What a dissapointing trip, I do not plan on going back to KSC and my best friend who just purchased her annual pass has no plans on renewing next year! because she had the same issue. In the cart and denied at the finish line. Has anyone been able to get tickets thru the site?

| A few years back we did a tour of KSC....the next day was a launch so the shuttle was getting preped to go. we saw the launch from about a mile away on a causeway and it was awesome...try that. TONS of people park the cars along the side and sit there and watch. Do a tour day before, it is fun. |
