| I just bought the Family astronaut training experience as a birthday surprise for my son's 11th birthday. It sounds like it will be an amazing experience.

| Ooo, I am curious too! I did the "adult" ATX (and have raved about it ever since, so it may have been me who made it sound like fun!), not sure about the kid version, but I can't wait to take my ds and/or dd some day. I do have a friend who did the family space camp in Huntsville AB (also a NASA site, I forget what it's called...) and it was fun, but not close to what I had, as far as the simulators and behind-the-scenes tours. I thought it was expensive when I booked it, I have to say, but in retrospect, it may be the best $200 I ever spent on an "experience". I'll be watching to see if you get any replies. :-)

| Yes, it was your experience I read about. I'm glad you had such a great time. Makes me feel better about the money I just spent.
