| Midwest Scrapbook Convention - Indy September 7th & 8th, 2007 **Update 9/3** Anyone planning on going to the Indiana Convention (September 7-8) this year? I know it is a bit early to start planning yet but just wanted to get the dates out there. Pre-registration starts 60 days before the convention. I plan on going once again and look forward to another possible Passporter Cropping session.

| I could use a bit more information - prices for convention and hotel, nearby lodging if the con hotel is too expensive, nearby eateries, etc. Is there a website?

| Sorry here is the link which has additional information (though not a lot of info at the moment): Midwest Scrapbook Association The event is going to be held at the Indianapolis Marriott East this year instead of the State Fair Grounds. Here is a link to the hotel: Indianapolis Marriott East I will post more info as it becomes available. ETA - Here is info from conventions held so far this year. Admission to the exhibit hall is $7 a day ($5 if purchased in advance). The exhibit hall is full of vendors so quite a bit of money can be spent there. Many of the vendors have free or low cost make and takes. The crop party is Friday night from 6-11 PM and costs $20. There are classes also offered throughout both days and the cost ranges from $15-$28.

| I'll be at the Scrappers Dream Vacation at WDW at that time! I wish all these places would check one another's calendars...I haven't mastered the 2 places at once thing!

| Sue and I were gonna stay right at the hotel but due to money issues we had to cancel. We are hoping to go at least on Saturday. Hope we can have a meet there.

| Great! I am not sure about staying at the hotel, I would LOVE to but $$ might make me think other wise. HOWEVER.....gas prices might make it a break even to stay! Not to mention getting in lots more scraptime! Sara

| The website for the event has been updated with more information. The workshop descriptions and schedule are going to be posted sometime this week. Registration is usually at the 60 day mark which would be July 9th. Midwest Scrapbook Convention-Indiana
