Smile New Cricut cartridge on its way

Today is my birthday and my lovely DD bought me the new Disney Princess (Cinderella) Cricut cartrige on ebay! (Isn't she the best DD?) I can't wait to get it! I'll let you all know how great it is after I try it out!

what is a cricut? is it like an ellison machine where it cuts the pattern out of construction paper?

Yes, a cricut is a computerized cutting machine. Each cartridge programs the cutter for fonts or shapes that you can cut out of colored paper/cardstock paper. I use mine alot but I'm still learning so I'm sure it will get even more use in the future.
