| Mom to 3&1 - cute layout, and I love the journaling tag! This is my challenge layout - I used a border, flowered paper, a heart on the house, and a brad as the doorknob. This is a page out of a new home scrapbook I made for my DN and her DH for their Christmas present.

| mom to 3 & 1 - I really like the Epcot page - your Mickey flag stickers are very cute! and that's a great way to include all the countries on your page! Lynda - I love your home layout! The colors are very pretty. And - Wow -you used 4 of the challenge elements! I'm trying hard to come up with some ideas on a page that I'm trying to complete as a Christmas gift! It's an attempt at multi-tasking - a gift and a challenge layout all in one! Now I only have 4 more days to get done!

| Mom to 3 & 1, love the page. I love the flags at the bottom of the photo and the journaling tag. I just love hidden journaling as it makes a scrapbook interactive. Mouseketeer, I adore the stipes and flowers together! That little house is too cute and the heart on the door is a great touch. It really sets it off. Great job, both of you.

| My December Challenge entry This layout is from a book I am finishing up as a Christmas gift for my DBIL and DSIL from our Outer Banks trip with their family this summer. I used a green background, ribbon, brads (the smaller fish)and glitter (the fish with the seaweed) . ![]() ![]()

| Not a scrapbook page but... I used scrapbook tools and supplies. I also realized as I was working on these that I included several of the challenge elements: hearts, brads and eyelets and ribbon. There are Christmas gifts for family.

| kmurburg, Love the blue and green together. And I like how you did some pictures in circles. It gives great visual interest to the pages. And that little crab is too cute! portagethecat, those jars to too cute! What a great gift idea. I may have to borrow that one.

| Nice pages everyone. I haven't been on the boards much to check out each one as it was posted. Life's been too complicated! I'm done work for a few weeks now though and looking forward to checking out Jan. layouts each day, though! Here's my Dec. layout, just squeaking in before the end of the month. The colors look VERY ugly here, but in real life it is really pretty. The top pattern paper is kind of dusty/cloudy shades of tan with light maroon flecks in it and bottom pattern is pretty paisley with tans and maroon and flat gold. It's mounted on maroon paper with the lettering being in matching maroon. I printed out the picture in Sepia, so it's really pretty with the pattern paper (in real life). It's the picture I sent out with my Christmas cards this year. For the layout, I used 4 elements from the challenge: gold (gold glittery stars and glitter on the chipboard), eyelet on the flower (it doesn't show, but the gold fabric is kind of irradescent, almost glittery looking-very pretty!), and gold glitter on the chipboard "07". It was my first time using chipboard. The first time, I didn't ink the white chipboard and applied the glitter with glue. Big mistake, the white showed through! So, I let it dry and sanded the glitter off and started over. Then I inked the chipboard with gold pigment ink and then put the glitter on and heated it with a heat tool. I hope the glitter stays set that way! I don't usually use glitter on scrapbook pages but use it for cards all the time. The title and all the gold and maroon stars are made on my wishblade. Have I ever mentioned I love my wishblade? Other than the dumb glitter, this was a quick page used all with supplies I had on hand or could make with my WB. My kind of page. I'm SO trying not to buy any new scrapbook supplies. ![]()

| We appreciate the time you take to do this, Marcie. Most months it was the only page I scrapped.
