| Cuttlebug vs Sissix Okay - so I am a Disney scrapbook addict............and I just went to AC Moore to pick something else up and couldn't help but notice that Cuttlebug has a Disney line now - I have the sissix machine and have been told that you could use cuttlebug in it - has anyone done this??? Does it still work as well as sissix?

| OOO, I want to know the answer to this one too. I've got Sizzix and a Sidekick and would love to use those Disney dies in it without buying a new machine.

| We ahve the Cuttlebug and you can use Sizzlets, and Quickuts in it as for the Sizzix we only tried the Alphabars and it cracked the plastic "cutting" pads. I would think the origanles would be fine since the are wider then the bars. I hope this helps.

| I have the Cuttlebug and the Sizzix Sidekick (though will probably soon be getting rid of it). The Cuttlebug dies work with the Sidekick though it might require putting a shim in the sandwich (as thin as a piece of cardstock or as thick as in a piece of chipboard). The dies will also work in the original "Big Red" machine but you will need the converter that makes the machine compatible with the Sizzlit dies. You may also need a shim if you are not getting a good clean cut. Just as a note, I think the Cuttlebug dies are better constructed than the thin Sizzlit dies from Sizzix. For some reason, the cuts just seem so much cleaner than with my Sizzlits (though I have not yet tried my Sizzlits in my Cuttlebug). I have also read that the Cuttlebug dies can cut though more than just paper and cardstock (ie. stiff felt, thin chipboard and fun foam). I haven't had a lot of time to play yet but I do have some fun foam I want to try.

| I have the Sizzix Big Shot and Side Kick. I use Cuttlebug dies in the Side Kick with no problem. The larger Cuttlebug dies work in the Big Shot with a Sizzix/Ellison Multipurpose Platform. I haven't bought any Cuttlebug embossing folders so I don't know how those would work.

| When did you buy your Cuttlebug, Marcie? Apparently the first Cuttlebugs produced included defective B plates and Provo Craft should replace them for you. I think that the Alphabars are supposed to compatible with the Cuttlebug.

| Tiff we gopt ours when the first came out. Cords gave us money off since the box we ripped. We can still use the plate. It's not in half or anything. I will have Sue look into the B Plate. Any Sizzix is soupse to work we really haven't tried since the bar. I think the bars would work better if we have used 2 together insted of just 1. I prefer to use the Cuttlebug then the sidekick since I can do up to 4 Sizzlets, 4 small Cuttlebugs,4 Quickuts or 2 long Cuttlebugs at one time. I hate doing 1 at a time.

| I must not invest in another cutting system! But I have to have those Cuttlebug Disney dies. I have the original big red sizzix, and I do have the converter for the Sizzlits. I was going to sell it and all my Sizzix dies and get a Quickutz Revolution to compliment my QuicKutz and Cricut. Now I'm rethinking that. I am absolutely not buying a Cuttlebug - DH would strangle me So -- has anyone tried the Cuttlebug dies with the Revolution? Or should I just plan to keep Big Red and use it?

| Looks like I'm going to have to look into the Cuttlebug Disney line. I have the Sizzix side kick and the big shot.

So where can you find the Disney Cuttlebug die cuts? We haven't seen them here in Indiana.

| Here in NH AC Moore has the Cuttlebugs dies on an endcap. I think Custom Crops has them online. Wouldn't you know I got a Michael's gift card and they don't have them yet. I'm just not good with delayed gratification. I want them now!
