| Great pages Shell! I love the dolphins on your page. The colors of your mat and your background paper look wonderful with your pictures. The sunbathers page is too cute. Oh, to have the life of a cat or a dog! Dawn, awesome page! Love that paper on the left side and how you did the photos of the animals. What a great way to get many photos on one page! Love the title work too.

| Dawn - did you paint the details on the patterned paper? It looks beautiful and so coordinated. I bet you cut "Indianapolis Zoo" out of a brochure - I love little touches like that on a page. My little "sunbathers" - when I swim laps in the pool those two have to sit right by and watch! The dolphins were from Marineland years ago. And the kitties page was old pictures as well - when my kids decided to feed their cereal to their new kittens.

| Dawn, that is a great page - I love the border paper on the side and how you incorporated the pictures of all of the animals. Such a clean look and a nice way to showcase a lot of pictures.

| I did this layout about MY shih tzu, Gizmo, and his crazy, OCD love for Grumpy. This dog follows him everywhere. If Grumpy sits down, the dog is on his lap licking his face. If Grumpy leaves the house, Gizmo lays by the door, waiting for him to return. If Grumpy goes to the bathroom, the dog lays outside the door waiting for him to come out. The dog is completely and totaly devoted to his master. The problem is, Gizmo was MY dog before Grumpy came along. Grumpy and I started our life together with my three shih tzus and his one basset hound. After eleven years together, Gizmo is the last dog standing. And while the dog should love me best, (as he was mine first) he only has eyes for Grumpy. ![]()

| Nala - Love the page! The colors look great and so do the fonts and different materials for the letters. Did you name your puppy after the Gremlin Gizmo?I have to tell you the coolest coincidence - DD got a black and white Shih tzu when she was 8 and after our first look at him, we named him Spyke after the evil Gizmo gremlin. He was such a lovable dog but he sure hated to have his hair brushed and had to be shaved about twice a year. Then he really looked silly! We've been without Spyke for almost 2 years now - so sad!

| Karen, I didn't name Gizmo, as I got him when he was about six months old from a former co-worker and she had named him. (and yes, after Gizmo from Gremlins). She lived in an apartment and was under the impression that a shih tzu could be "litter trained" (like a cat) and never need to go outside, or see the light of day, or play in a yard. Needless to say, that didn't work out, and since I had two female shih tzus, she gave him to me in hopes that he would have a better life. I like to think his life was better by coming to live with me. What was really strange about having Gizmo in my house was that my Mom, who lived in FL nine months out of the year, was spending a few months at my house. Along with her as a house guest, was her shih tzu, Gizmo.

| Ok - since I haven't had any time for new scrapping this month, I'm gonna cheat and post some pages I did of a previous trip and our AK safari. Sorry, they're not new (the only things I've been working on this month are for DD's wedding and they don't involve animals!)! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
