My question is as follows? I have a cartridge that has an image that would make a great border. My problem is when I fit to length, the height of the image changes drastically. I want to be able to tell the cricut to print a 1" high, say fence, but to print it the full length of the 12" mat. Of course, I would like for the fence to be continuous! Can you do this?
I know when you set the inches it's for height not length. You can cut several of them and piece them together or if you have the Design Studio you can fuse some together. Someone else might have a better idea. Maybe I'm wrong and don't know it.

That was going to be my suggestion. I've done borders before and just pieced several diecuts together. Good luck!
