I just finished my Alaska scrapbook earlier and wanted to share it with you... this only covers ports of call, not the cruise itself. I honestly can't remember if I've posted the Alaskan cruise or not - if not, I'll have to do that... anyway, enjoy...!
The amazing scrapbook I bought on board the Wonder – it was half price and I seem to recall it was just $15... To give the reader an idea of where we cruised with Disney... I just had to use this phrase somehow! I love the simplicity of this page... ... and the beauty of this one Another simple, but effective, page... And this is one of my favourites from the whole book – I printed out the flags from online and then used a die cut for the word Another very cute page – and I think the paper just worked perfectly with this I’m very pleased with how the paper brought out the colours in the photos on this spread What an amazing paper I found – so perfect for this page! Putting all my Alaska papers to very good use! I’m really pleased with the leaves on this page – I’ve had them for years (I bought them from a craft shop) and had never found a use for them... until now! This uses one of the maps that I picked up at the scrapbooking event on board Our lunch at the Red Onion – such good times! Skagway Museum Again, simple but effective I certainly had fun with embellishments on this page! I think the red on blue is very striking here and brings out the photos nicely, especially as they were a bit dull – given the weather that day... Another of my favourites – the bear head worked out really in the top right hand corner Cutting out the statue of the men took ages, but was well worth it Using the map from one of the guidebooks that were handed out free of charge at the ports of call The flightseeing part of our excursion... ... and the crab feast side of it The final page looks at the place where we had the crab feast – and somehow “forget-me-not” felt right for the final page.
Cheryl - Really enjoyed looking at your work. It's GREAT! I also enjoyed your article on the Trip. Presently considering this trip. Your article and scrapbook have just about made it a done deal! Thanks!

I'm so glad I could help you make a decision - trust me, if you go, you will not be disappointed.
Gorgeous, Cheryl! You found the most beautiful papers, and the one with the railroad tracks is astounding...it almost had to be taken from the same place as your own photos. I really like your first page, with pictures from each port and the lines showing where you stopped.
The first Juneau page just may be my favorite; the color scheme is so pretty and the layout so clean. "Forget me not" is a lovely way to end the album.
Great job!

I think you're right about that page with the railroad tracks, I thought the same thing that it must've been taken in the same area, as it looked so similar.
