A Binding Question for Scrapbookers What kind of binder do you use? What is the size of the pages you use? Why do you like it? We use the Post bound binders with page protectors, we also like the 12 X 12 pages. We have found out you can put more on them and make them look better.

Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers What kind of binder do you use? post bound What is the size of the pages you use? I switched from 8.5x11 to 12x12 several months ago and love it! Except for special smaller albums, I will never go back! It is much easier to get more photos on the page.

Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers What type of binding do you use? I use post bound by Dalee and strap hinge by Creative Memories What is the size of the pages you use? I do 12x12 pages, except for my Grandmother books which are 8x8 by CM Why do you like it? I love 12x12 because you have a great choice of papers and don't have to trim border stickers to much, not to mention lots of stuff fit on the page. I use 8x8, because it saves a small fortune on doubles and I can use up lots of leftover supplies. Pam

| Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers Hey ladies! As for binding, I prefer post bound, it's just easier for me to add pages. Size changes for me; individual kid albums I do 8 1/2 x 11, but everything else, vacations, holidays, family in general, I do 12 x 12. As to why, I'd have to agree with you all. I can fit more on the bigger albums' pages, which has more people, etc. When I do the kids' albums, there's usually just them, and maybe a little bit of something else. | Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers I also use the post bound with page protectors. And for me is the 12x12 size. I love it because it gives me more room to play with in creating layouts and using pictures. The 8.5x11 was too limiting for me. |

Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers I still use the 8.5 x 11 because thats what I started with. Originally, I wanted to get caught up before I switch to 12x12 - but I can see that's never going to happen! Maybe I shoud just start now with 12x12 and go back and do rest in smaller size. (I still have tons of 8 1/2 x 11 papers stashed away. Also, I have most of their birthdays already done but nothing in between, so it would look funny to switch sizes in the middle of all that!) I don't know where to start with the 12x12 though. Now, I use page protectors and I really like that. The kids can look through my albums any time they want and I don't have to worry about fingerronts on the photos. Can anyone tell me more about the 12x12's that use page protectors? Can you buy them and the supplies at Michael's with the 40% off coupon? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: A Binding Question for Scrapbookers I use CM strap hinge books. I mostly use the 12x12, but have made the 7x7, 8.5x11, and the 11x13 in the past. I also find that the 12x12 is the easiest to work with.
