Themed Rooms Since I am not sure where to post this, I am posting here since this seems like the crafty and themed ideas area. But, hoping Disney Store on line is reading this, because they refuse to let me buy the comforter alone, hint, I went to an outlet store and got a Tinker Bell Comforter and pillow for a fractin of what that on line site wants. Any how, I was reading the label and saw that if you go to disney.com/disney home it will link you to a really cool site called: www.3dayblinds.com. There you can get any blinds you want with any character on it you want. We are transferring DD room into Tinker Bell. I now need the border, valance and the lamp and then this summer when she is up north for a week, she will return to a room, repainted medium lavendar/purple with Tink everything. Still can't figure how we went to WDW with an ariel wanna be and came home a Tink fan. Who knows. Just had to share these sites with everyone. Also, check out the outlets before shopping on line at that store, before making that purchase, because the outlet has some cool tink stuff. ![]()

Re: Themed Rooms Thanks for the info. Glad you were able to find the comforter. I know someone talked about those blinds a while back. Maybe in "Making More Magic" forum, not sure. They look great, but seem kinda pricey.

Re: Themed Rooms We are slowly turning our DD's room into a Princess's palace. After last summer's trip she was all into princesses. Hope she doesn't change her mind after this summer's trip.

Re: Themed Rooms FYI - Home Depot has Disney themed doors.. I think there is Mickey, a Cinderella with castle and Pooh doors. There were about 135.00 and only come in one width (I think it was 31" wide)

I am going to get a lite lavendar color for her room and tan for ours. The ones in our room now don't come clean anymore. Especially after being in our room for over 12 years. Ick. Otherwise, sounds like everyone is changing their DD rooms to a Disney theme. ![]() |

Re: Themed Rooms BTW, you can take a cheapy vinyl blind and make your own. Get some of those big stick on wall stickers then lay your blind, closed, down flat on the floor or hard surface. Peel the backing and place the wall stick-ons how you like onto the closed blind, then take an exacto knife and a ruler and cut the stick-on along the slat of the blind. Voila! Inexpensive, unique window blinds!
