| AKL room request Question...
We booked our trip with AAA. When I talked to our agent a few weeks ago, I told her I was planning to fax in a room request the Thursday before we were scheduled to arrive. She told me not to do it and that she would call directly and talk to someone about our requests. I still made a mental note to fax AKL. Well, yesterday I emailed the agent to ask if she happened to call and the outcome of the call... She said she did call AKL and spoke to someone and told them our room requests and also reminded them that it was our 15th Anniversary while we were there.
So here is my question - Should I still fax in the request or do you think that is redundant? She told me the castmembers name and the requests were exactly what I would have written in the fax letter.
Thoughts, advice....
Starting to get really excited, if that is possible, since I have been really excited since we booked in January!
