Club Level at WL Question

I was reading some reviews on trip advisor and someone mentioned staying on club level, and that the concierge club room had full dinners nightly... is this true? I never knew that, if that's the case. Very interesting.

I wouldn't say they provide "full" dinners. But yes, they tend to provide one hot meal item around the dinner hour such as Beef Tips. We were always so busy that we could never seem to time it right to be able to take advantage of it. You can call Concierge right now and ask them to tell you times they serve dinner, as well as some of the offerings. Here's their #: 407-824-2466

Oh we're not staying concierge, I was just fascinated by the information, because I never knew that and wanted to make sure from the "experts" here that it was right. I had always thought it was just snacks and wine. LOL! Nice deal if you can time it right, though.

I've certainly read many reports of main dish type items being available in the Concierge lounges near the dinner hours, particularly in AKL and Poly.

We've stayed WL Concierge a few times. The food they offer varies, but ofttimes I was not able to eat very much. Chili, stew, soup, and the famous berry cobbler. We were hardly back at the concierge level during the day enough to make use of these afternoon/evening offerings. The breakfasts were worth it for the fresh fruit, melon, croissants, bagels and pastries. Plus they leave out cans of coke/diet coke etc to take as you please.
We had a nice experience in concierge, but we were there for (if I recall correctly) almost two weeks, so the CMs started being a little pass-remarkable!!!! We've opted to go back to normal level at WL since!!

We stayed CL the last time we went and husband says that is the only way to go! While we were only back in the room a couple of times when the evening fare was out, we did snack on the cheese, crackers etc while getting ready for our dinner somewhere else. There were always one or two soups, they had a chicken and rice casserole one night, etc. Our favorite time was the after dinner spread: cookies, desserts, cordials, wines and beer. We often made it back to the room to get a drink before settling in. The breakfast spread was always perfect, and just the right amount of food: cold ceral, hot cereal, pastries, fruit, juices, etc. The mid-day libations consisted of cookies, gummies, lemonade, tea and water. Soft drinks were always available. On our 'girls only' trip in July, we will be staying at the Lodge, but decided we didnt need the Club Level expense this time. However, the next time the husband goes, I know I will be booking it!

I have never stayed concierge but I want to. I was looking into booking a trip for September but the dates I wanted had WL concierge all booked.
