I don't think they have them posted yet. Like roaminggnome said it's probably very similar to the other value resorts on property.

From what it's all about the mouse posted on their Facebook page the menu will be different from the traditional value resorts. It seems that the entire resort will be different, a new style. Looks awesome!

It will be a food court just like other resorts.

Changes will be a push for salad bars and other make your own items also there will be more ethnic food. As I see the current information, had to use cell phone, this will be a typical food court. I see nothing major to get het up about. It would be nice to see some new cuisine out there as long as they keep old favorites available. The menu items sound good. Disney Food Blog links to the official Disney blog by the way.
AJ did a great report though.

.....not for nothing...but I'd find it more than somewhat bizarre...if I was to leave my Nemo themed room...trot over to the food court for lunch...and find Mahi-Mahi or something similar on the menu.

.....be similar to chowing down on a Giraffe Burger at the AKL

I read all about the new menu on Disney Food Blog. Thankfully, it looks like this food court will be a refreshing change from other value resort food courts! Among the staples of pizza, fries, etc., a pretty exciting menu is being offered, and I hope it tastes as good as it sounds! For instance, there will be a Mongolian Grill with food prepared in front of you. There will be four large ovens called Tandoors, where you'll get to watch chefs bake bread, roast chicken, shrimp, and veggies. Indian naan bread will be a delicious staple. Also, buckwheat pasta and waffles, egg white frittatas, low-fat smoothies, and make-your-own yogurt parfaits. They will have Mickey Mouse shaped fruit tart, real gelato, and Ta-Da! hot and iced coffee drinks! Wow!

When I was talking with the CM making reservations for A of A, the CM told me much of what Carol said. I was pretty excited to hear about the options! Was previously a little worried about the food selections!
