Can anyone tell me if the Club Level at Yacht Club is worth the money, my sons are 4 and 2 so they are very young so I don't think they will get that much out of it. I have heard the Club Level at Beach Club was small and the CM's were not that pleasant compared to other Club Level CM's, so I am wondering if this is the case with their sister resort the Yacht. The only Club Level I have done was the Grand Floridian and that was a very pleasant experience but that was also prior to having children. Any information/opinions will be helpful.
You'll get a lot of opinions on this one. I, for one, don't see much value in staying concierge. The experience isn't particularly elite or exclusive, and the food offerings by themselves don't offset the cost. If you think you'll need a lot of help with planning both before you arrive and once you're there, it may be worth it to you, but keep in mind that the days when the concierge staff could pull a lot of strings (in terms of dining reservations, last-minute tours, etc.) are long gone.

We've stayed club level at YC a few times and really loved it. The lounge is small like the BC, but we never had a problem finding a table. Staying club level with two small children has been so helpful - - especially in the morning when they don't want to wait for breakfast. We eat breakfast in the lounge, have a sit down meal in the parks for lunch and then return to the lounge for a light meal at night.
I've never had a favorite resort just because I love different things about each of them, but club level at YC is right up there. The CM's working at the desks and in the lounge were fantastic during our stay there last year - - especially with our girls.
Good luck with your decision and feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
Since others have reported that the YC - CL lounge is the same size as the BC - CL lounge which means it's very small and with limited number of tables, personally I would highly recommend staying Club Level at the Boardwalk Inn. You would still be in the Epcot Resort Area and in my opinion their Club Level Cast Members are a major reason why I enjoy staying there, because I think they are that amazing. Plus their Club Level lounge is a lot bigger then both the Yacht Club and Beach Club combined, along with offering more tables and it's the only one where you can watch Illuminations.
It is an expense however we started staying club level with our DDs when they a little younger simply for the convenience of not having to lug along beverages and snacks for them even though the rooms have fridges. It's been a nice treat that we all look forward to. Good luck deciding.
Thanks everyone, your opinions helped a lot. I'm still a little over a year from our next trip so I have some time to decide but it was great to hear what you had to say, I appreciate it.
WE love the concierge. I love it for the convienence. I dont need to go to the Beach Club or Hurricane Hannahs to get a drink, its right there anytime I need it. I love when we come home at night, we run into the lounge and grab tea or coffee and a snack. Now...I want to add this though. We first started staying on the 5th floor back in 2000 and I will admit that what they give you now stinks. Before we used to get chocolate covered strawberries and a better selection of foods for everything. Now you get goldfish and gummies for snack time. But we will still stay there regardless...

We've only stayed CL at the GF but I can tell you that it REALLY worked for us with our kids. They are sometimes hard to motivate in the morning and being able to send DH down to the lounge to get them a muffin or some cereal to get them started was great. Frequently, this would be our breakfast and it was a real time saver! Plus the drinks and snacks all day long were a hit for them. They never went by without grabbing a cookie. My oldest DD enjoyed the evening appetizers. She's at that age where she's curious to try things but hesitant to order a whole portion in a restaurant. She found several new items she likes!!! In addition, my DH enjoyed kicking back a Heiniken in the evening and I would have a glass of wine.
