King Size Beds??? About This Page:

Does anybody know if any of the value resorts or if the new art of animation resort will offer a king size bed room?

All of the resorts have a few rooms (that sleep two) with King beds. You have to specifically request one, and I believe they are not guaranteed.

In the All-star Music Family Suites -- and, I'm assuming, the Art of Animation Suites -- the bed in the master is a queen, not a king.

Although I have not slept in one myself, the accessible rooms in AS Music have had king beds in the past. The two accessible rooms we had both lhad two double beds--but then there were three of us. So ask when reserving, although Disney does not guarantee specific rooms.

I don't know if it is because I'm a solo traveler a lot of the time, but I've ended up with king rooms in lots of the value hotels--they are almost always accessible rooms.

The Little Mermaid section of AOA will be standard rooms similar to the other value resorts.

AS Sports has king beds in the preferred rooms. We always get one (requested for medical needs) and it also has the roll in shower.
