Yacht Club to HS

Ive stayed at the Yacht Club before and we took the boat to HS and with having to wait for a boat and then the ride over it was a solid half hour if not forty minutes. I have never walked it is my question is how long does it take to walk from Yacht Club to HS? I'm hoping it's quicker than waiting for the boat.

15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace.

It's a nice walk and I find that, even if there's a boat waiting at the Yacht and Beach Club, usually you arrive at about the same time.

We nearly always walk to DHS from any of Epcot resorts when we've stayed, at any time of year. The only times we take a boat is if it's raining or we need to rest our feet a bit.

We usually walk over to HS too. The path follows right with Boardwalk and then snakes out a bit and then curves back in to HS. Its a nice walk and I too rather walk than take the boat. Most of the time the boats are packed and they dont come as fast as I wish they would, so most of the time to avoid frustration we walk.

Thank you everyone I had assumed the walk wasn't that long, having to wait a long time for a boat once I thought there had to be a quicker way.

Perfect Jim, that's what I think we will do, if the boat is there great, if not we will walk it.

On our last trip we stayed at the YC. We walked in the morning to HS, but decided to take the boat back. We were given a little tip that if you got off the boat at the Swan and walked the rest of the way, you would be back at your room quicker. So for the morning, I suggest walk. On the return, I vote for the hybrid approach - boat to swan, walk the rest.
