They have bathrooms right at the pool area. I don't see why you couldn't just change right in there. Yes, I've gone down the slide as an adult, no problem.
Just one thing, you would need to check in first and get your Key to the World card, as you'll need to show that to get access to Stormalong Bay, as it's only for resort guests and they are very strict on this.

You'll have to check in, but if you have your resort KTTW card you can use the pool complex before your room is ready. There are bathrooms in the lobby and in the pool area you could use to change.
Yes, the slide is large enough for adults. You'll have to check in though - yu can't get inside the pool complex without your KTTW card. You can change in the bathrooms
After check in, there are bathrooms close to the pool and by Beaches N Cream to change in. You will need to walk across the road to access the Pirate slide-its great but wished there was easier access to it close to the reg pool areas
We have used the gym bathroom also they have showers and larger changing rooms just tell them at the desk in the gym what you are doing. We do this on our last day when we have already checked out but need to wash and change to go home!
