I have a July reservation for the Yacht Club with a room overlooking the lake/lagoon. Alternatively, I can book a conceirge level room, but I read somewhere that it faces the roof of other buildings. Can anyone comment on the view from the Yacht Club conceirge level? Passporter (the book) recommends highly the lagoon view.

Any comments of thoughts? Thanks!

I just stayed in a concierge-level room at the Yacht Club this January. The lounge itself has a little balcony area with a couple of tables that looks over a big, huge...blacktop. With some trees.

Our particular room view was of a roof. I have had clients stay there in the past that have gotten views of the lake though.

Have to say, having stayed concierge before, the Yacht Club wasn't my favorite in terms of the lounge area and offerings. (Although how can anyone find fault with Krispy Kremes in the morning??

) The staff was fantastic.
