Confirmed - (9/15/02) Disney has given a name and theme to the new DVC Resort that is being formed out of the former Disney Institute. The resort will open Spring 2004 with 184 new rooms, a theme pool, playground and BBQ Pavilion and is being designed by Graham Gund (Disney’s Vero Beach Resort). The pool will attempt to look like a natural spring with bubbles floating up instead of having waterslides.

<font size="2" face="Comic Sans MS, Arial">Knowing the Saratoga Springs Historical Society I'm am suprised they are not (to date) demanding a voice in the design of the resort.
Sorry, should have posted this. It's been in our local papers now for a few days. Although, by reading the articles the reporters did not research DVC much, if at all.
I'm so excited about this! Each time we took the boat from OKW to Downtown Disney and passed the former Disney Institute, I commented to DH Joseph about how beautiful it was and what a waste! Looks like we'd better save our pennies for some add-on points there! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] Thanks for the info Steve!
