| Disney's Magical Express We got our DME Tags for our upcoming trip yesterday. But they were to the wrong resort Has this happened to you??

| it's been known to happen. what you need to do is contact DME at 866-599-0951 and have them fix it in their system. they'll either send you new tags or tell you to cross out the current resort's name and replace it with the proper name, but you do need to alert them as the barcode is tied to the reservation.

| Yes, it happened to us once. We just called and they sent new tags ASAP, hopefully you have enough time before you leave. If you don't, I'd call atleast 3 times to be certain it is correct in their system. I assumed you'd take a marker & write your Resort name over them. I know the feeling...but don't worry, your bags will not be at the POFQ while you're waiting at the Poly! ![]() |
