Question POR-Which Mansion?

If we were to stay at POR, I prefer the look of the Magnolia Bend. Which mansion is best and why?

I agree, Magnolia Bend is the nicest view and also close semi close to the pool and main house. Have a great time, that's our favorite resort.

I beleive Parterre Place is a nice one and so is Magnolia Terrace. They are a short walk from the main bus stop & check in building. Pretty much anything in Magnolia Bend is wonderful. I have never stayed in the Acadian House, but I enjoyed Magnolia Terrace tremendously. Good luck planning!

I personally loved Magnolia Terrace, facing the quiet pool. It was a short walk to the bus depot behind the mansion and a walk across the bridge to he pool and the main building.

The theming in the room was gorgeous and we felt quite pampered in that building!

We stayed in Parterre Place and whilst it was beautiful, it was a bit of a trek to the pool and the restaurant. You might be better with something not too far out.

We stayed at Oak Manor, in Magnolia Bend. It was GREAT!!! We were on the back side of the building (facing away from the River), near the bus stop. It was eerily quiet since it seemed the entire building was mostly vacant.

We LOVED oak manor too - it will be my request when we go. We had a room at the front which looked across the river to the main complex. It was a magical view - especially early in the morning when the river 'steamed'.

Have a great trip!

Thanks everyone! We were thinking of switching to POR from POFQ, but decided to stick with the FQ. Maybe we'll try POR another time.
