I don't believe it was a corner room. The view off the very small balcony was terrific ... we watched Illuminations every night that we were there if we weren't in the parks!

I swear our room at CS (a moderate) had more room in it.
I've always thought this too. The deluxe rooms have more SF but could it seem smaller because the Deluxe rooms have 2 Queen beds and the Moderates have 2 full beds?

The very best thing about staying at the Beach Club is the proximity to Epcot. After attending Illuminations, you can take a nice stroll back to your resort, and avoid everyone trying to get to the front of the park to catch their bus or monorail. So if you love Epcot, this is the place to stay!

This was a great thread as I think my surprise trip in December for the girls will be either the Boardwalk or the Beach Club....

From what I have seen already and from reading everyone's TR's I think you will love it...

Can't wait to hear your review when you come back...

I have stayed at every single resort on property (expcept OKW and Saratoga) and I can tell you that Beach Club is my absolute favorite! There is so much to enjoy and the atmosphere is amazing. You will not be disappointed at all.
