| Hilton Downtown Disney Can anyone give me an opinion on the Hilton in DD? My family is staying there for 2 nights to do non parks stuff before going to the WL and I haven't seen alot reviews on this hotel. |

| We have never stayed there, but this is one of the preferred hotels from mousesavers.com. Check out the web site, there is a discount listed there that hotel. It may be available for your travel dates. |

| My husband and I stayed there late last September during the opening weekend of the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. It's a very nice hotel, and the employees were friendly and helpful during our stay. We did not see too many children, but perhaps that is due to the time of year we were there, as schools around the country were all in session by then. The pool is pretty small, but it was clean. There is a Benihana in the hotel which was really sub-par. Neither the waiter nor the food was very exciting. Keep in mind that this is a very busy convention hotel, and the bar/lounge was full of loud, drinking businessmen every evening that we were there. We had an upper floor room though, so this did not bother us. Since you are there for non-Disney activities, I suppose the Extra Magic Hour benefits of this hotel would not apply. Have a nice trip!

| I'm very excited to say that we will be staying there in just 8 days. If you can hold out a couple of weeks (I get back home May 29) I will give you an updated review of the hotel then. We are also staying at The Doubletree Suites this coming Thursday night which we stayed at 2 years ago and absolutely loved.
