| I am looking for a nice but very reasonable priced hotel for one night only. August 29 We have a value resort booked at POP for 8/30-9/6. We realized last night that the Gators have their first home game on the 30th, so we need to stay somewhere on the 29. I contacted Disney, but was told no value resorts were avaliable for the one extra night. I was willing to move to another value resort, but was told there was nothing. The only options were Riverside at $167 and Music Suite for $200. We did the suite last year and definately was not impressed for the price we paid. We have our complete trip for seven nights for what the room alone cost last year. I have looked around the Kissimmee area, but when I think I find something decent, I see a review that the stay was awful. I need some suggestions about where we could stay. We have a family of 5 so we need to save money wherever we can , especially with hotels. HELP!!! |

| Suites at Old Town in Kissimmee are supposed to be very comfortable and clean. (Based on a friend's opinion, never stayed there myself) I think it is $69 a night and about 40 minute drive to WDW Kissimmee Hotels Near Disney | Suites at Old Town

| I don't know how the prices go, but I would suggest the Hotel Royal Plaza or Doubletree Suites on Hotel Plaza Rd. right there by Downtown Disney. I believe they should hold a party of 5, and you can't beat the location. Definitely check out Colexis Mom suggestion using Mousesavers for discounts, or also try Deb's Unofficial Walt Disney World Vacation Information Guide - WDW Planning Guide - Walt Disney World for their discounts and recommendations. Otherwise, there's a couple Embassy Suites in the area, one right off Palm Parkway, I believe?? Although they tend to be a bit pricier. Good luck!!!!

| Mousesavers does get some good deals. We stayed a night at The Holiday Inn Sunspree in Lake Buena Vista. Very near to DTD. The rooms are large enough to accom. a cot. Or they also have cute kids suites with bunk beds. They show movies by the pool at night.

| I've have Pricelined hotels in Orlando when we arrived late or needed to leave early. You can usually get a 3* or above for less than $50./night. Check out Biddingfortravel.com for what rooms are going for. I have never been disappointed in a Priceline room. Diane |

| We have stayed (and are staying again next month) at the Buena Vista Suites. Using the discount code from Mousesavers, we're paying $109 plus tax, which includes a hot breakfast buffet. The suites are two rooms, one with 2 queen beds and one with a sofa bed, mini fridge, and microwave, so there should be plenty of room for 5 people. There are several other suite hotels in the area that provide a complimentary breakfast, which we figured was worth at least $20 to us. Happy planning! Melissa

| Does it have to be close to WDW? Is there something on the road towards Gainesville? You could get a AAA Trip-tik for the route and check out the hotels along the way.
