I just got off the phone with Disney reservations, making some additions to my reservations for our July trip and had the most magical experience. The person helping me was wonderful, making sure that we had all the bases covered for my daughter's birthday. Just another reason that WDW is the happiest place on earth. Just wanted to share with people who would understand. Have a magical day!

I'm glad that yuo had a good experience. Ours was not. Our reservation was screwed up by the CM, and now it is costing us $150 more for our resort stay. The mgr was very understanding, but still charged us more. I have usually had nothing but good experiences, this was the first bad one. We are still going ot Disney, and will have a great time.

It's always nice to read the positive experiences. So many times we forget to praise the CMs, but we're quick to jump on them and tear them down when they're less than Disney Magical... considering most of the time even the 'bad days' of Disney CMs are better than the bad days of other locations I'll take them over anywhere else anyday!

I'm always so happy to hear when people have good experiences! I've had a couple of really nice CM's, but for the most part I have been feeling rushed off the phone every time I call and wind up sulking lol.

But yay for you!!!

I've been calling a lot lately, and had one super CM, one great one, and a couple so-so ones. I waited for the survey after the calls and gave 2 of them really good ratings.

I love calling WDW just for that reason! It's so great to talk with someone there who loves WDW just as much as we do!
