| Reserving rooms at AP rates for family We're going to be staying at POP in Nov-Dec for our children's birthdays. My wife and I have been thinking about turning it into a grand gathering and inviting one or two of our siblings and their families. I'm in the planning stages on this and want to be able to field the obvious questions that I know my sisters will have to this proposal. Can I reserve rooms and DDP via the AP reservations option for all of the families? Does it matter who pays for those reservations if I make them? Are there any other things about doing this that I should consider but may be unaware of having not done this before? Thanks.

| You can reserve up to 3 rooms with a single adult AP. However, you will probably have to be present when they check in to present your AP. Sometimes, they have been known not to check, but they have gotten more strict over the past few years. It doesn't matter whose credit card they ultimately end up on.

| the official rule is you can only book 1 room per AP holder - you can book multiple rooms, but each room has to have an AP holder. and yes, if you make enough calls, you may be able to get around it.

| The rules have changed and, as Brad says, it's now the policy that only one room can be booked by a single Annual Passholder. If you want two rooms, you'd need to have two APholders. Eileen PS - I think this change came into effect in late 2006/early 2007, but I don't remember that exactly.

The new policy also states that the AP must be an "adult" -- if you kids were old enough to have an adult AP (10+ years old), it should work as long as there was at least one person in the room who was old enough to reserve, which is 18 (I think.) Eileen

| The "official" policy is one AP needed to book one room. An additional room would require an additional adult AP. We have heard of people getting exceptions to this policy, but the policy (as of about early 2007) has been 1AP per room. If the policy has been changed again, that news hasn't been made known to the general population. Eileen
