| I recall getting picked up by park buses and then heading over to POR to pick up at their spots before heading to the parks. Sorry but I don't remember how it worked on the way back but I want to say that we were dropped off first. I enjoyed the food court especially the beniets for breakfast. I really liked the resort as it was small and cozy and very pretty at night when the lights were lit down the quaint little "streets". |

| POFQ is much smaller than POR - nothing is more than a 5 minute walk. The food court is as good as POR, and it has beignets. There is no sit down restaurant though. The buses pick up at POFQ first, and dropp off first also. the theming at POFQ is just fabulous

| I know it's a personal preference thing, but I much prefer POFQ to Riverside (and, in fact, prefer it over many of the deluxes I've stayed in.) The food court is good and the smaller number of rooms at the resort mean a smaller number of guests in the food court at peak times. The buses are shared with Riverside in certain seasons and at certain times of day. At other times, they have dedicated buses. POFQ is the first picked up and the first dropped off -- making for a better chance of getting a seat or, at least, having a shorter ride. The pool is also charming! Eileen

| I enjoyed PO-FQ very much. Make sure you grab some beignets in the food court and take a walk around the grounds so you can enjoy the gardens.

| I worked at french quarter back before when riverside was dixie landings but french quarter has to be my favorite moderate to stay at. It's the smallest of all the moderates and everything is close together unlike all the others. |
