Microwaves

Am I crazy or did I read somewhere that you could request a microwave (for free) at the
Deluxe resorts?

thanks

I have heard of people in deluxes who have requested and received them. When we stayed at BWI two years ago, I had asked when booking my room if it was possible to get one for DD then 7 months (I had hoped to warm up some water for her formula), and they said for me to just ask when we checked in and they'd bring one up. However, by then, DD was just drinking her formula at room temperature, so I didn't bother.

We have requested them in the past as we used it as a sterilizer for DD. We noted it on our room ressie but usually have to remind them at check in.

We requested one last December (Beach Club) for warming up some leftovers. I called down and had one delivered about 20 minutes later. No Charge.

I believe the number at each resort is limited. {I don't want anyone surprised if they find they can't have one delivered to them.)

If you can't get one for the room, there's one at each resort's food court/fast food restaurant that you can use. Not that convenient, but another option. Odds would be better of getting one for your room if there's some medical or baby-related reason for needing one.
