You can take a bus from POFQ to Epcot . . . it should take an average of 30-45 minutes or so, depending on how quickly a bus comes.

You could also take a bus to the Studios then a boat to Epcot . . . but that could take an hour or so.

The PO resorts are close to Epcot (geographically.) My feeling is that the bus rides are about 15 minutes or less once you're on board. If you have to wait, I'd add an estimate of about 20 minutes waiting + 15 minutes driving.

Sometimes the French Quarter buses are combined with Riverside, so you might need to factor in making a stop at all the Riverside stops after you leave French Quarter. Generally speaking, you should give yourself an hour from arriving at the bus stop until the time of your reservation, just to be safe. If you're early, sometimes you can get seated early for your meal. We were seated early several times during our visit this month.
