| CBR Nemo room pics Saw these on Jim Hill's site while reading another article. I'm not usually a big Jim Hill fan but thought these pictures were interesting. I'm still not sure what I think about this. We're staying here in December so I guess we'll see. But I do really like those curtains. Jim Hill : Still can't find Nemo? Then try looking inside of your room the next time you stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort |

| Those curtains are really neat looking. I'm almost tempted to change my DH and DS's trip from Pop to CBR.

| I love the idea. DD LOVES Nemo! I think I might suggest to mom that we overnight two nights at CBR before my friend comes to meet us at the Poly! What a fab idea! And I absolutely love the idea of moderate family suites. Especially with a POTC theme. Wow. Is this really for real? LOL! I can't wait to see the pictures that come out of people's upcoming visits!!! |

| Considering CBR was just room rehabbed a short time ago and is undergoing a major pool rehab and CSR is scheduled for room rehab in October, I find this unlikely. However, I think the idea is cute. |

So, I'd say it's "likely" alright . . . and pretty real. Here's a link to more pics: DIS Unplugged Disney Blog » Caribbean Beach Resort, a sneak peek at the new rooms.

| Okay, maybe I'll be publicly flogged for this, but I don't like it.... I liked it the way it was. I mean, they're pixaring up everything... One thing I really like about the WDW resorts are the themes. I feel like they're kind of taking away from the CBR theme/feel by adding in these characters. I mean, the reason I love POFQ is b/c I feel like I'm in a setting almost indentical to if I were really able to go. And the reason I love the WL is for the same reason. And the AKL... I mean that one's self explanatory. Just my two cents............ I mean, it's cute.... but I wish they weren't doing it.

Thankfully, I found it on a couple of other sites with actual pics people took though, so it made me feel better (for once) about reading it on there. I like the design, but I am not sure if I like the idea that they are doing a complete retheming. Maybe if they wanted to retheme JUST the family suites to a Nemo and/or Pirates theme, that wouldn't be so bad. But I know for lots of people (like Melissa ![]() Maybe it will just take some getting used to. ![]()

| I love the idea of the family suites! And think the rooms are cute. Though I have never stayed there... I can't really say which I like better. But I do agree with the unique themeing of each resort, and they shouldn't all be generic pixar/disney themed. |

| I agree with Kris. I stayed at CBR last August & loved it the way they were. One of the reasons I prefer Mod & Deluxe resorts is that they don't have cartoon-y themes. Leave that to the values. And changing the beds! One of the things I liked was the fact that we could store our luggage under the beds & get them out of the way. The one good thing is that they are making family suites.

| Okay! Having the movie themes and such at the Values is great I think! That's kind of how I see those resorts, too. Glad other people feel this way!
