Poly concierge/Hawaii building question

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if all 3 floors in the Hawaii building at Poly are considered club level (I thought that they were)? I requested a 3rd floor room there (to have a balcony) but my TA said there isn't concierge on the 3rd floor? Can anyone clear this up for me? If this is the case I'll request 1st floor - we need somewhere to hang out during baby's naptime!

TIA!

We were there in May and stayed on the 3rd floor and yes it was definately concierge level. The concierge lounge does not require a key to get into it as the whole bldg is concierge and a key is required to enter the bldg. Hope this helps.

Maybe they were reading some information about the lounge itself not being on the 3rd floor because as mikasmom said the whole Hawaii longhouse is Club Level and has been since concierge was put into that building.
