Question Room Request Question...

I called and added my Father to our reservation. At that time I asked the CM if I could request a ground floor room to make it easier to accomodate his ECV. The CM said that she would put in the request and that she was sure they would do all they could to accomodate us.

My question...is this enough or should I fax my request to POP next week before our arrival???

Thank You.

it should be enough. what you should do is call back and verify any requests. otherwise faxing is fine as is making sure when you check-in since the CM can reassign you to any room that hasn't been checked into yet

when we went one time mom is bound to a walker , and when i checked into bwv we asked if they can put us as close to the elevator as possible . the cm member said how about 2 rooms away they are great on helping out as much as possible . we did not even ask about it when i made my reservations and they still helped us .
good luck
