| What is going on with the Disney site? Working on Big Family trip next January. Trying to get a feel of prices, so we can all start saving and planning. The Disney site is not cooperating at all. I am trying to get the value season price of the suites at Animal Kingdom Villas...seems like it might be just the thing we are looking for...but I cannot seem to get it to work! I am trying using value season dates for 2009, knowing the price will change but will still givgiving me a ball park to work with. The site keeps cycling through and giving me a price of $0 for the package. While I would love to think this is true...and would leave tomorrow if that was the case....we all know this is wrong!!!! Does anyone know the price list of the Animal Kingdom Villas? Or any info about them would be nice. (Got to get my new copy of passporter...working off a 2005 issue!!!) Nini |

They are also in the middle of changing the website design and info (no longer dreams, but celebration). I think they've just got too much going on at once and it's clogging up a system that had trouble working up to speed in the first place. Regarding the OP - double check your dates, including the year. I've sometimes completely missed changing the year on one of the to/froms. If that happens, the system won't understand and could give you a 0.

| I think they are updating the site, and making it more user friendly, as someone guessed above. |

| I've used the site today without any problems. Takes a bit to load the info, but everything comes back with prices and such. Make sure you are going through the regular reservation section not the promotional one (Buy 4 get 3) since that one isn't valid after June 27. What the info on your family... I'll try for you. Adults? Kids w/ ages? Dates? Resort? Room type? Room only or package? What kind of tickets if package? Dining if package?

| UGHHHHHH! I just used Disney's 'chat' service to find out how to book the room only ressies for the 40% off military rate and he was totally useless!!!!!! He kept sending me to the page that outlined the offer, but never answered the question (how to actually book. Can I book online?) Then he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and asked me WHAT discount I was talking about! Oh well...guess if we go this year and take advantage of this offer I will have to use a TA... Jeanne Morris |

| I agree with Heather. I think that Disney has to much going on with the website and people are having problems with it.

| I've had problems with the Disney site in the past, when trying to price things out. You might try MouseSavers.com - Disney Discount Source - Disney World Discounts, Disneyland Discounts, Disney Cruise Discounts or Deb's Unofficial Walt Disney World Vacation Information Guide - WDW Planning Guide - Walt Disney World. They have all the prices for 2009, for all seasons and resorts. Just have to go through them a bit and price out yourself. But you know what it will cost you. JUst don't forget to add 12.5% tax on top of it.

| I had a double post by accident. Somehow all those links came up. Must be a glitch or just automatic. I had suggested AllEars and Mousesavers. I just checked, but they look like several links, but are just two. ![]()
