| We have always seen the CMs doing their checks on the pool water at various times of day and when the life guards are on duty they are very strict. We have seen the pool evacuated due to little ones swim diapers leaking out or toddlers just forgetting to get out to go potty or an older child swallowing too much of the water and being sick but it's been swiftly dealt with and cleansed in about an hour. The cleaning crews are very thorough and efficient and we have been amazed how professional they are. The whole pool is roped off and notices were erected to keep guests away from the area until it was safe to go back in. They had plenty of testing equipment to make sure everything was fine before they reopened the pool. It must be one of the thankless jobs to have but very essential to the resorts and for the welfare of the guests.

| In all the hours I spent swimming back and forth in a pool, the only thing I ever caught from the water was, well, nothing. I did have the typical swimmers injuries, but never an illness from the water. Pools are much safer than handrails, phones, ride seats, etc in regards to catching an illness. Heck, at the waterpark we used to joke that if you got strep throat to just drink from the pool and the Ozone (used instead of chlorine) would kill the virus.
