| Life jacket/savers rules for Disney resort pool Hi, Just two more days before we head out to "home" at BLT!!! Can't wait!!! This is my first time to Disney with my 3yr old. So, there are so many things that I just don't know about... One of the question is the rules at the resort pool, do they allow floaties? Which kind? My dd has a frog float jacket that is very good. (with foam inside, not blow up) Will that be allowed? Or do they supply them at the pool so that I shouldn't pack mine. What kind do they have at the pool? Also, she does occasionally love the round blowup life saver, are they allowed? Thank you so much for your help... I was planning on just taking the light weight Combi stroller with us... but after much discussion and consideration, we decided to take her old bigger baby stroller instead as it's longer and more comfy for her to take a nap it. Trust me, there's so many time that I wonder if I should just buy a Maclaren stroller...but DH thinks that's crazy!

| It has been a long while since I had to use a life jacket with my children (they are 20, 19, and 13) but when I did - we stayed at the Contemporary. They had foam life jackets available at the little shop by the pool. I think that it will be a similar set up at BLT. You could sign out the jacket for use for your entire stay. We even brought it with us to Typhoon Lagoon. I don't think they allow use of the rings, although I could be wrong. I think if you do use them - they need to be clear, so that they don't obstruct the life guard's view of the water. Enjoy your stay with your daughter - I'm sure your stay will be filled with magic.

| And I'll back you up 1000% if you decide to buy a MacClaren. I only wish I had one the very first time I took the kids to WDW 10 years ago! My DD is almost 5 now and almost too big for it, but we are using it until she's no longer comfy!

| Life jackets to borrow for kids are available at resort pools. I have also seen children with their own inflatables in the kiddie pool, and the lifeguards actually threw out a few inflatable beach balls for kids to play with in the main pool (AS Music). So if packing is an issue, don't worry about taking your own as you can get one there.

| I took arm floaties for DD and had no objections to using them. I am bringing a floaty thingy for ds...he's too small to do arm floaties. It's got an inflatable ring with a net seat that he sits in. MIL bought him one of those suits with the foam in them...but I don't think it's gonna work for him. He's only 19months old.

| Thank you so much for all your help. I think I am just going to skip on bringing the floaties as it takes up a lot of room in the luggage. Thanks!
