Priceline While I would love to stay on-site the prices just seem a little steep. I have been checking out Biddingfortravel.com and see that folks there are getting the Gaylord Palms, Wyndham Resort and WDW Hilton for $80 a night and less. Can anyone talk me out of going that route?

Re: Priceline While I have never used bidformytravel, I have used priceline... The only caution I give is MAKE SURE that you are not going to cancel or change plans. Unlike normal hotel reservations, you CANNOT cancel these! Priceline is not very understanding of the changing world. So... My only caution make sure that who ever you use has a cancellation policy so that you are not out the price of an entire stay, that you didnt stay

Re: Priceline I agree with the above. You have to be really sure about your plans if using Priceline. I tried using it for one night in late December but didn't have luck with my bid, so just went another route. Have you looked at www.mousesavers.com or www.wdwig.com for some of the deals they have posted for off-site resorts? I'd continue to look around a bit before making a decision, unless you are traveling in the next couple weeks. -HiddenMickey

Re: Priceline Check the Dolphin or Swan. I say this because they are not official Disney Hotels which allow them to give their own discounts. I found a great teacher discount that let us stay there for a lot less than a normal room fee. Hope this helps.
