Room requests

We are getting ready for a 4-night trip to WDW and are looking forward to our return to AKL. We requested the same room as last year, or something near it. Should we call up WDW's travel company to remind them (the request does appear on the reservation) or should we wait until we arrive at the registration desk on Friday? What have you found to work best? Thanks!!!

Re: Room requests

We spent 3 great nights at AKL. I would just ask at check-in, but all their rooms on the Savannah are great. Have a good trip.

Re: Room requests

I don't call to check on requests if they are on the reservation already. I will remind the check-in CM of my requests. -HiddenMickey

Re: Room requests

A while ago I got my itinerary from the Yacht Club and requested that we got our same room from last year or something similiar to it. It was the best view that I have had in my four years of staying there! Usually they are pretty good with stuff like that, but if I dont get it, that's okay too. But I do hope that it will happen! Good luck to you!

Re: Room requests

When I made requests for our room last month, I didn't get any of them. The years before that I did. It was a little disappointing, but our room was still nice. It doesn't really matter where you are, as long as your in DW!! Right?
