Yacht Club Concierge

I will be staying at the Yacht Club Concierge this December. Other than the special check-in, club room and the personal concierge...is there anything else I should be aware of? I'm hoping to get VIP to parades and/or fireworks but I don't know how to go about arranging it. Any ideas? I'm new to this forum -- thanks for your help!

Re: Yacht Club Concierge

Hello and welcome. I wish I could say that I have been to YC Concierge, but I have not. I'm sure that there are some on these boards who have been there and will come along soon and give you some helpful info.

Re: Yacht Club Concierge

Me me me!! I can help you! I have stayed at the Regatta Club for the last four years and this will be our fifth year! Youre going to love it there! The YC just went thru a recent renovation two years ago and the nautical theme is prominent in your room. The YC will be sending you a welcome letter with a key card that will give you instant access to the fifth floor where concierge is located. If your key card does not work, just ask bell services and they will get you up there with no problems.

When you get your welcome letter in the mail, you will also get an itinerary for you to fill out and send back to the YC/BC concierge team to set up your PS's and whatever else that you need. Through them you dont have to worry about marking your calender and calling at 7Am to get those Ps seatings for the Princess Storybook Breakfast, they do it all for you! This is why you pay the extra money!

On top of this, their service is great, snacks are yummy and last year they were also kind enough to let us have a noodle for the swimming pool the whole time we were there and got us a doctor to come to our room when my son was sick too! If you have anymore questions let me know! I will be going back there in Sept and I will be able to fill you in with more!

Re: Yacht Club Concierge

Thanks for the info. I just received my letter and can't wait for fill out the itinerary... Have you ever had the concierge handle the VIP seating for the parades and fireworks? I'm trying to see if that is possible but I don't know anything about it.
Thanks again!
