Best Building at CBR

We will be arriving at CBR in 12 more days and I have heard several different opinions about which building is the best. It is now getting down to the wire and I would like to fax in my request. I would prefer to be close to a bus stop and the food court or pool. Please give me your expert opinions! thanks, Daisy

Martinique 26 is one of our favorites. It has everything you asked for: It's right next to the Old Port Royale food court (and the main pool) and it's a very short walk to the bus stop that serves Old Port Royale (the Martinique bus stop is much farther away).

Re: Best Building at CBR

We stayed in Jamaica and really liked it (the buildings are yellow -- my favorite color). They were just a walk over the Parrot Cay bridge to the main area, and were far enough away to make us feel like we were somewhere special away from a lot of hustle and bustle.
I agree with Dave on Martinique. Several people have stayed there that I know they enjoyed it. Trinidad South is too far away from everything if you ask me. Aruba was another choice right over Parrot Cay. I did not think that Barbados was a good spot, except to get to the main desk (and you only need that to check in, really.)
Just don't be afraid to ask for a particular building or room. We did, and they granted our request. They are usually pretty good about it.
Good luck and enjoy!
