Nice inexpensive hotels close to WDW Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice relatively inexpensive hotel somewhere in the vicinity of WDW? We are booked into Port Orleans for 9 nights in November, but we are thinking of leaving a day early due to airline scheduling conflicts. If we decide to do this, then we would like to just book a cheap hotel for one night to keep costs down. With the kids we would preferably like someplace with a heated pool. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ------------------ smallworld

Re: Nice inexpensive hotels close to WDW We have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in the Downtown Disney area. It has a fast food type food area as well as a sit down type restaurant. There is an outdoor pool as well as a small playground. You can walk to Downtown Disney from the hotel, too. KathyL.

Re: Nice inexpensive hotels close to WDW Small, You may want to try some of the nice hotels just a stone's throw from Downtown Disney. We have stayed at the Embassy Suites on several trips (3? 4?) and have always enjoyed it. They have a pool, full cooked to order breakfast, beautiful grounds, and a laundry room so you can do some washing before you return home. We like it there, and are planning to stay there again in september. ------------------ Remember! There is NO magic, unless YOU make it!
