| AKL or Wilderness Lodge I've booked a standard view room at AKL in May at a DC rate. There were no Savannah view rooms available at any rate. Should I consider WL instead or stay with the standard view at AKL? This will be our first stay on Disney property. Thanks!! |

| Re: AKL or Wilderness Lodge Assuming the AKL is as amazing as it looks, you really can't go wrong either way. It is probably dead even, so it would really depend on which theme you found more appealing. Read up on each resort, look at maps and pictures and then decide which one looks better to you. | Re: AKL or Wilderness Lodge Hard decision. We have stayed at WL and loved it and would stay there again. But have also reserved a standard view room at AKL for August and are really excited about staying there. The restaurants, the pool, the lodge and savannas should be awsome. I don't mind that we have a standard room reserved knowing that the resort has lots of places to view the wildlife, I don't think I need them right outside my window to love the place. No matter what you choose, you'll love your stay at WDW, that I can say. Have a wonderful trip. -HiddenMickey     |
