Late Arrival

Our flight into MCO doesn't arrive until 10pm (if it's on time)
I've put a note on my room request fax stating that but I'm worried that if we arrive after Midnight, our reservation will be lost. Is there any other way of letting them know at the WL that we are on our way?

Re: Late Arrival

Did something similiar back in 99 at the GF. I faxed and called the day of, to remind that we would be in very late. We had no problems. (Other than the fact that I was EXHAUSTED)

Re: Late Arrival

I've checked in as late as 3:00am and not had a problem. In fact they knew who I was, I was the only one not checked in yet for the night!
